Dear Grand Master Hafner,
We would like to thank you and your staff for the wonderful examples you all set for the children attending your classes. The constant encouragement, along with the constant reminders and examples of how responsible and respectful people behave, provide an excellent environment for children.
It is very encouraging to us to see there are still places where children can learn how to be respectful by the example of adults being respectful of the children, and expecting respect from them.
We would also like to thank you for the kindness and supportiveness your staff provides. This is especially important both for the children you are kind to, but also for the other children who can see adults and children being kind and supportive of each other. Although we have noticed these qualities in you and your staff for some time, we were particularly struck by how well your staff handles the annual spring competition.
Children are encouraged to try hard and do their best, but they are also shown how to be “good sports” by cheering for and supporting the other competitors. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
