Meet Danielle!

Dear Grand Master Hafner,

I love ‘Keith Hafner’s Karate!’  Karate is exciting.  It’s a place where I can come where there’s no negative talk.  After every class I just feel great and blessed to be able to participate.  I get excited when I know I’m coming.  I even feel sad when I haven’t been there in a long time!

Everyone in the building is so friendly and it makes you feel wanted.  Even though I’m not a Black Belt, I’m still excited to tie my brown belt.  Being on the demo team has boosted the excitement to a whole other level.  Some people get upset because they’re not in this demo or that demo, but I feel so blessed just to be on the team.

At karate, you have to set goals.  When I achieve them it helps boost my self esteem.  What I also like about karate is all the forms.  When I first started I only knew like one form and I always worked to know more, so I get really excited to learn new ones and then to help people with theirs.

Coming to karate I can’t get into any trouble.  I even like watching other classes.  All of the friends that you make are awesome.  Even if I had to resign from karate I would still do it at home.  I love karate!
