Did You Goof Up?

Of course you did.  We all do.

What matters is what you do next.

Some people pay no attention.  They move forward as if nothing bad has happened.

Other people pay way too much attention.  They continue to flog themselves, over and over, for their misstep.

Here’s how to make yourself into an efficient, learning human being.

When you mess up, squeeze the experience.  Just like you would squeeze an orange to make orange juice…squeeze that experience until every lesson emerges.

And — make no mistake:  each goof up contains valuable lesson seeds.

Squeeze that mistake.  Then, just like you do with the empty orange…dump it!
