Powerful Body Language.

I was recently at an event that was attended by, literally, thousands of young kids. If you were there, I’m sure you would have seen the same thing I saw.

Some kids look confident and self-assured.  Some — not so much.

Body language, of course, is the difference.  It quickly reveals  what is going on inside a kid.

Confident kids LOOK like confident kids.  Timid kids LOOK like timid kids.

A kid who learns to move his or her body in a powerful way in Karate class carries that ‘look’ into the classroom and onto the playground.

These ‘power moves’ will  continue to give them the confident, self-assured look they need.
