Bullies.

Standing up to bullies is tough stuff.

But when it comes to ‘tactics’ to get the job done, a very important part of the process is often overlooked.

It’s the part that addresses how kids’ imaginations hold them back from standing up to the bully.

See, when a child imagines standing up for herself to a bully, her mind instantly creates a ‘movie’…

It’s a ‘movie’ of the worst possible outcome that could happen as a result.

It’s important to talk to your child about this. Ask them to describe the worst thing that could happen.

Then, help them imagine a totally different outcome.

Help them imagine something that will give them confidence in place of fear.
