How to Win

When people undertake a task (lose weight, clean the garage, tackle a school project), they often make a key mistake.

They jump into the task with a manic burst of energy.  They work with both enthusiasm and elbow grease.

For a time.

And then, often, they quit.

The mistake?  They have been seduced by, and focused on the application of,  INTENSITY.

The problem?  Intensity seldom gets the job done.

The way to victory?  Understand that CONSISTENCY trumps intensity — every time.

The tortoise always wins the race.
