How to Never Be Late

It’s simple.

1. Get to wherever you need to be 45 – 60 minutes ahead of time.

2. Take your Kindle. Some work. Your knitting. Your i-whatever.

3. Find a comfortable chair nearby. Could be a coffee shop. A waiting room.  For me, sometimes, it’s the very comfortable seat, climate controlled, provided by my car.

4. Work. Listen to music.  Pray.  Plan.  Read. Even snooze, if you are careful.

5. Stroll into wherever you need to be, nice and early, relaxed and prepared.

6. Notice with amusement, those who, without this strategy, come flying in barely on time, maybe late, sweating, stressed, unprepared.

7. Then, repeat this strategy for your next commitment.
