How to Improve Your Child’s Behavior

‘Recognition motivates repeat behavior.’  Sometimes parents miss a valuable opportunity to reinforce behaviors they are trying to encourage.     It’s really a simple formula:  watch like a hawk for your kids to do something you’d like to see them do MORE of. Then…POUNCE on it!  Notice it.  Reward it.  Mention it…  You will see that behavior repeated!
