How to Get Your Kids to Talk to You

A typical conversation with your kid might go like this:  ‘How was your day?’ ‘Good.’ ‘What did you do?’ ‘Nothing.’  Sound familiar?  The solution?  TEACH them, at a young age, to share what is going on in THEIR life…by sharing (possibly, with editing) what is going on in YOUR life.  We, by not sharing, have taught kids not to share.
