Solving Problems.

That’s what we must do.    But have you ever found yourself ‘solving’ the same problem, over and over again?  This isn’t really problem solving at all.  It’s just putting out fires.

So, put out the fire.  Then, FIX the problem that caused the fire.

Then, you’ll be doing some real work.
