From the Desk of Keith Hafner
Chicken Hearted.
When I was a kid, in my pre-martial art days, I was nice, studious, and chicken-hearted, down to my socks.
My parents, my teachers, would all tell me to be brave. With knocking knees and thumping heart, I would nod my head, agreeing. But nothing would change.
Why? Easy. Everybody was TELLING me to be brave. But nobody was teaching me HOW. And that is because even though they really cared about me… they didn’t know how to actually build those skills in me.
Everybody is always telling kids: Listen! Focus! Be Brave! Control your Behavior!
But nobody is teaching them HOW.
Nobody except us, that is. At ‘Keith Hafner’s Karate,’ we’ve got great SYSTEMS for teaching kids the SKILLS of courage; of listening; respect; focus, self-control.
Not theories. Actual skills.
And through practice, kids just like yours learn to apply those skills in real life situations.
Would this benefit your son or daughter?
I’d be happy to show you, in more detail, how this ‘success system’ works.
