From the Desk of Keith Hafner

Your Comfort Zone.

You have a circle around you.  Inside the circle are all the things you are comfortable doing.  Outside the circle are the things that you resist — because they make you uncomfortable.

It’s called your Comfort Zone.  I’m sure you already knew that.

But what you might not have known is that your Comfort Zone never stays in the same place.  It’s either moving outward, toward success…or moving inward…causing you to retreat into fear.

You get to decide which way it moves.

Constantly challenge your Comfort Zone.  Force yourself to take small, steady steps outside of it.

Each time you do this, you grow in confidence and courage.  Each new challenge becomes easier to face!
