Most people destroy time by procrastinating.  The have stuff that needs to be done on Monday…but they put it off until Thursday or Friday.  This destroys time.

You can create time by using reverse-procrastination.  Here’s how.  Get caught up on all the stuff you are supposed to be doing.

Then, on Monday, take care of a few of the things you were supposed to do Tuesday.  On Tuesday, you will have even more time (see, you’ve created time!), so you knock out some of the things you were supposed to do Wednesday and Thursday.

     By mastering reverse-procrastination, you:

1.  become much more productive

2.  the quality of your work goes up, too…because you are not pressured by impending deadlines

3.  your stress level goes WAY down!  You move from task to task in a relaxed, confident frame of mind!
